I’ve worked in recruitment for more than 20 years, and what’s never changed is my passion for helping people find roles that truly make a difference. For me, that’s what nursing is all about, compassionate, dedicated professionals who care deeply about others. I feel privileged to support those who give so much of themselves to their patients.

Before joining Flourish Medical, I worked in internal recruitment and with Reed, where I developed a deep understanding of how to match people not just to a job, but to the right environment where they can thrive. That experience taught me that recruitment is about relationships and trust, getting to know each candidate as an individual and supporting them every step of the way.

I joined Flourish Medical because I wanted to use my experience to make a real difference in the healthcare sector while having the flexibility to be more present for my family. As a mum, I understand how important work-life balance is and it’s something I always champion for the nurses and healthcare professionals I work with too.

Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy. My children keep me on my toes between football matches and dance rehearsals, and when I do get some downtime, I love socialising with friends and making the most of family time.
