I’ve worked in recruitment for more than 20 years, and what’s never changed is my passion for helping people find roles that truly make a difference. For me, that’s what dental care is all about—dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality care and improving patients’ confidence and wellbeing. I feel privileged to support those who make such a positive impact every day.

Before joining Flourish Medical, I worked in internal recruitment and with Reed, where I developed a deep understanding of how to match people not just to a job, but to the right environment where they can thrive. That experience taught me that recruitment is about relationships and trust—getting to know each candidate as an individual and supporting them every step of the way.

I joined Flourish Medical because I wanted to use my experience to make a real difference in the dental sector, while also having the flexibility to be more present for my family. As a mum, I understand how important work-life balance is, and it’s something I always champion for the dental professionals I work with too.

Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy. My children keep me on my toes between football matches and dance rehearsals, and when I do get some downtime, I love socialising with friends and making the most of family time.
