I have spent my entire professional career in recruitment and I’m passionate about building relationships – whether that’s with a client, a candidate or my team. For me, success comes from seeing people thrive: helping a healthcare professional find the right role, or supporting an employer to meet their staffing needs with confidence.

Before founding Flourish Medical, I established Flourish Education in 2010, growing it into a trusted local agency. That journey gave me invaluable experience in recruitment leadership and reinforced my belief that honest, relationship-driven recruitment can transform organisations. With Flourish Medical, my focus is on supporting the healthcare sector across the West Midlands, providing trusted staffing solutions in dentistry, allied health, nursing and mental health.

I live by the values of honesty, empathy, fun and hard work, and I make sure these are embedded into everything we do at Flourish Medical. I’m proud of the culture we’ve created – one where candidates and clients feel genuinely supported, and where my team are encouraged to grow both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, family comes first. Being a dad is my greatest joy and reminds me daily of why work-life balance matters – something I actively promote within the business too.
