Clinical Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the clinical team, offering guidance, supervision, and clinical expertise
• Ensure safe, evidence-based, person-centred care is delivered to all residents
• Act as a role model for clinical excellence and promote continuous improvement
• Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and implement action plans
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
• Support regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Lead on safeguarding, medication management, infection control, and clinical risk management
• Assist with recruitment, induction, training, supervisions, and appraisals of clinical staff
• Manage rotas, delegate clinical tasks, and resolve staffing challenges
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in clinical or senior nursing roles
• Strong knowledge of current clinical practices, legislation, and CQC frameworks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in clinical audits, quality assurance, and risk management

Location: South Birmingham, easily commutable from Solihull, Kings Heath, Shirley, Kings Norton, and wider West Midlands
