As a thank you, when your referred candidate completes their placement, your organisation will receive one free cover day the next time you require temporary staffing. This allows you to reduce costs while helping us grow our network of trusted Flourish Professionals.

How It Works

1. Refer a professional – Share the details of your recommended healthcare candidate with your Flourish consultant via email.
2. We connect with them – Our compliance team ensures they meet the required standards and that they are fully informed of the referral.
3. You benefit – Once your referral works 10 days within the first 3 months of their placement, your organisation will receive a free cover day.

Terms & Conditions

• The candidate must be aware that you are referring them to Flourish Medical.
• All referrals must be submitted via email to your consultant.
• Referrals cannot include individuals already working with Flourish Medical, those who have previously worked with us, or those currently in our recruitment process.
• The referred candidate must complete 10 days of work within 3 months of their start date for your organisation to qualify for the free cover day.
• The director’s decision is final.
