What You’ll Receive

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer – the more quality professionals you introduce, the more you can earn.
Referral Terms & Conditions
- Your friend must be aware that you are referring them to Flourish Medical.
- All referrals must be submitted through our Refer A Friend form, available on our website.
- You cannot refer someone who is already working with Flourish Medical, has previously worked with us, or is currently in our recruitment process.
- Referred professionals must complete 100 hours within 3 months of their start date for you to qualify for your £200 bonus.
- You must be actively working with Flourish Medical at the time of receiving your referral bonus.
- The bonus is subject to tax and National Insurance contributions where applicable.
- The final decision regarding bonus payments rests with the company director.
