But what next?

You should already have your interview booked in with us for a few days' time. In the meantime, our compliance team will look through your application form, check your documentation, and sign it off in time for your interview. If there are any issues, they will get in touch with you. The biggest problem we encounter are with photos of your documentation, so don’t worry if they call you as they are there to help guide you through your registration process.

Your Interview

Once signed off, you will have an in-depth, one-hour video call/interview with your consultant. This is another opportunity for us to get to know you better. As well as answering our interview and safeguarding questions, we will also ask you to hold up the documents you have uploaded in your application form to verify them.

After the Interview

After the interview, we will ask you to complete any training needed for the role that you don't currently have. 

Behind the Scenes

Whilst you are completing your training, our compliance team will be working hard in the background to obtain your references and video verify your DBS.

Congratulations - you are now part of the team!

Once this is done and your right to work is confirmed, you will have passed our compliance process and be available to work. You will be given access to our online Portal and you will also receive an invitation to book an online on-boarding session with your consultant or invite you to watch a short video.

On-boarding Session

It is well worth booking in with your consultant for this 30-minute on-boarding session. They will run through the Flourish Portal, learning and development opportunities, benefits of working with us, top tips on what to do on your first day and much more.  If you are doing day-to-day work, they will also introduce you to availability and booking app.

Out to Work

Finally, the time has come for you to go out to work! Hooray! Whether you are working day-to-day or long-term, we are always available for you when you need us and we will regularly check in on you.
